MEMORANDUM1
Gerardo Ortiz-Valdez appeals his jury conviction and sentence for illegal reentry after deportation for an aggravated felony. His counsel submitted a brief pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738, 87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493 (1967), and a motion to withdraw as counsel of record. Our independent review of the record discloses no issues for review. Accordingly, we grant counsel's motion to withdraw and affirm the district court's judgment.
AFFIRMED.
