REGISTRATION ACT—MUNICIPAL SECURITIES.
The act of the state of Kansas of March 2, 1872 providing for the registration of municipal and county bonds, is not a curative act in the sense that it takes away any valid defence which the city or county would otherwise have to bonds theretorore issued.
